he more than anyone on here should know that unforseen complications can arise and when you have so many people watching your every move you are going to wait till you have all your ducks in line to PR anything

Gret point, however, WDRP has PRed on multiple occasions they were done. They even PRed they were making prototypes when in reality they can't even provide numbers from a unit they PRed was completed weeks ago. All this after Richard stated in Oct. last year "we anticipate very favourable results from the heat engine's beta testing and we look forward to publicizing this information within the coming weeks,"
