I'm thinking whoever is putting up this effort to keep it over a dollar AT THIS TIME, is doing it in advance of bigger, better announcements so that when new people look at Wave, they don't see the deficient warning. JMO.

seasonal stuff is in play too. some folks buy lots of wavx stock every august and then sell it every january.
