Call AAPT IR and ask them.
It's on their information sheets at the trade show.
Do you really think they promise something which they can't afford ?
They have the deal with walgreens and if they promise everyone the marketing support with TV ads than this is also part of the contract with Walgreens.

They sold PAwtizer to amazon.com and T.J.Maxx already.
And raised a lot of money from private investors and from their founders.

Know this...
If they do a TV commercial it will be paid for..... They have indicated that tv commercials are forth coming. We don't know where or when. Until financials come out and the will, NO ONE knows what their cash position or share structure is exactly. For you to suggest anything else is being something other than truthful. Any questions about other than what is public information, is merely speculation.
I must admit you are a master at negative sentiment and I'm certain you have placed enough doubt in the minds of the weak hands.
If continue, I'm sure your will loosen up a few more shares. So see if you can get us back down around .02. I'd love to get another 3 or 4 hundred thousand shares....so go to work...thanks in advance
