I seem to remember a biotech I had years ago that was frozen through a RS. I don't remember it being 20 days, but it was a few days until the new ticker with reduced shares showed up in my account. Until then they put a huge spread on it, like they do for daily glitches. I guess if you have a hundred dollar spread it's not technically locked up, but you'd be crazy to buy/sell.
