Hi sb, pinhd is trading. Not much volume, but it is trading. Not Halted. You and other stockholders just don't have your new certs yet from the TA. I had one that was almost 2 full months before I received my shares.
The issue was with the DTCC. The DTCC had asked the company to provide an Attorney Opinion, and that took a while to get as well as the DTCC reviewing it and making a decision to release the shares held by brokerages. Anyone who had paper certs was OK. But those whose were electronic had to wait quite a while.
