I use scottrade ... no issues here. Once you fund your account, gotta wait three days under 3 bucks, or, use a money order and funds clear pretty fast to purchase under three bucks.

BBDA no problem with scottrade.

Just switched to TD Ameritrade myself .From Scottrade,same reason.
