I have a large amount of shares that are held by ING(Sharebuilder). But their fees are outrageous. I am trying to switch another brokerage firm but no luck yet. Etrade and Scotttrade will not accept penny stock transfers. Has anyone in here had a simliar issue. Any resolutions in switching BBDA to another firm..
