I agree that is a problem, as it was before. Today's lack of moral conscience makes it even worse because back before Roe v. Wade, being pregnant out of wedlock was considered a shameful thing and that was somewhat of a deterrent to unbridled sex at least without being careful.
I understand the problem, but I do not know the answer. Hopefully fear of the results would once again make it a less common occurrence or the medical competence of the "back alley" would be much improved.
