i did not think your answer sufficient. Obviously we cannot give everyone perfect medical care, nor can we determine what perfect medical care even is.

but I am asking for the logical sequence:

if giving ru 486 is murder, then why isnt withholding life saving (to the fetus) therapy also murder?

In the case of new technology for increasing the viable implantation rate and decreasing first trimester spontaneous abortion would withholding it because of insurance reasons, FDA approval problems, manufacturing reasons, lack of physiican knowledge etc be the same as murder?

Another example: what if drinking alchohol or caffeine in "large amounts" was proven injurious to fetal health ( look at the state of california) and caused an abortion. Is it negligent homicide?

As you can see I am more of a compartmentalizer than a lumper when it comes to applications of what is right and wrong. Sometimes its tough for me to decide
