GTGP has rights to MBS for soil remediation only.

EMHI has an agreement pending with SLUP to their IFS technology.

GTGP has a joint venture agreement with EMHI for the application of the IFS technology.

Until the SLUP/EMHI agreement is finalized GTGP doesn't have anything but the MBS technology.

The IFS technology is the golden goose.
