Saying something over and over doesn't neccisarily make it true. Can you provide any links from SLUP or EMHI that backs up the statement?

Wrong, EMHI only had rights to use it in the energy market. That is why GTGP did a JV with them. GTGP has exclusive licensing for all other applications.

If EMHI completes their purchase of the energy patent, GTGP will share that market with them. It would appear to anyone taking the trouble to look that EMHI has already, or will likely, default on that purchase from SLUP.

You need to thoroughly read the S-1 filed by EMHI regarding the purchase. Even they don't sound very convinced of their ability to fulfill the agreement. Should they not, GTGP's exclusive license agreements then cover not only the energy markets, but everything else that they share with no one.

Where are the PR's from EMHI covering the hot run and benchmarking? If EMHI owned the golden goose, don't you think they would talk about it? Why is Global the only one talking about the tech if EMHI would profit from it in any way?

SLUP will profit. Not convinced EMHI has anything more than shares to sell at this point.

Incorrect, read this:

Global Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTGP). Global announces that it has acquired an exclusive license for India to use the IFS2c Process claimed in the IFS2c Patents for reduction treatment and removal of Mercury from Cement Plants from Solucorp Industries.

SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire -02/01/12)- Global Technologies Group, Inc. (Pinksheets: GTGP.PK - News) (Global) announces Global has acquired an exclusive license for China to use the IFS2c process claimed in the IFS2c patents for reduction treatment and removal of Mercury from cement plants from Solucorp Industries.

Seems to me EMHI better cough up the 25m to SLUP.
GTGP is doing a stack test right now so they must know they have all rights to do so.

Actually, GTGP also has the exclusive rights for China and India from slup for cement plants with them only.
