Smart investors know that if statements about a particular stock are repeatedly made that have never been supported by citations, that the source making those statements should be completely discounted and ignored.

HLNT has laid down a foundation as strong as a fortress with walls of impenetrable steel.

A smart investor can do even the most basic of Due Diligence to see that HLNT will be around for a very long time and will prove fruitful for long-term investors.

Here's one FACT that's easy to swallow (for me at least):
HLNT up 831% YTD !!!!

Still looking for a corner in a Round Room? ... Well, Here's what's really going down ... the Real Sham, bro ...

Post 14754

pd Post 14754 --- Does a .0077 sell avg with a days net profit of $42,900.00 sound like I don't love the MM's and HLNT? I think i can do even better over the next 7 tradin days. compare those HLNT buy and sell quantities and rethink your MM negative posts. Thse dudes are printing money.

Post 14761

pd Post 14761 --- Make that .0078 average sell price. Net of just over .006 and a $48,276.00 day. I alway did wonder why posters ask why I post 15 messages a day. That's over $3000.00 per post and they tell me I need ta get a life. If they'd tell how it could get better I'd actually listen to these posters. The trade volume of HLNT is like a dream come true. Has anyone received anymore information on the Highline Convertable Notes? Some posters want us to believe over 5 million dollars in Convertable Notes just went away. I sat we'll find the real answer in the Preferred Shares structure.

All of my HLNT shares are Locked Down !!!

Sounds like being BEGGED TO SELL right about now.
Wonder why that is? Short-interest in the stock
getting caught perhaps? IDK.

But surely, if PWC/NIR/Rib had such a HUGE CASE
why did they settle for peanuts? And why take
an equity position in a failing/flailing business
as it has been described?

The MATH doesn't add up. SEE, PWC was over the barrel
NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND & LONGS ARE BEING BEGGED TO
HOLD,....it seems to me LONGS ARE BEING BEGGED TO
SELL!!!

;-)

THIS is going to be a GREAT WEEK I THINK!!! :-)

How interesting. Trying to steal HLNT's thunder after the fact by bringing up a bogus claim about the depos after the settlement. Of course, no one is going to get to see them now that the NIR case has been settled (unless Walters and Humphries continue down their paths of self destruction), so the statements "Depos made that very clear. Most didn't get to read those transscripts. Some did and they know." are meaningless, as is the implication that you have knowledge of them because you have read them.

An equally unlikely speculation could be as follows:

Humphries vs HLNT, Foster and Robinson - Partial Trial Transcript
....
Espinoza: Mr. Robinson, can you tell the court about the two different companies known as Highline Technical.
Robinson: I beg your pardon, what two companies?
Espinoza: The one registered in Idaho and the one registered in your name in Arkansas.
Robinson: They are the same corporation.
Espinoza: But one is registered in Idaho and the other under your name in Arkansas. How do you explain that?
Robinson: Highline is incorporated in the state of Idaho, and is a domestic corperation there. As it has been incorporated under the laws of Idaho, to do business in the state of Arkansas, the laws of Arkansas require that Highline be registered under the state of Arkansas as a foreign corporation, which I did do as the registered agent. They are one and the same corporation.
Espinoza: But, but,... but PD said they were two different companies.
Judge: Mr. Espinoza, are you sure you're lawyer?
...
Case Dismissed in favor of HLNT.

Not that the case would ever get that far that there would be a trial anyway. Humphries (and his financial backers) has got more to learn about the legal system. sorry, PD, there ain't no rabbits down that hole for Humphries to pull out. In fact, Humphries had best be careful, he might get bit or stung by something in that hole.
