Midd y yes yes...i Total y agree...
then they have to have something to eat and drink when they work for us ....and the sun could shine there very hot so they could get a sunburn...yes yes ...dangerous work and we responsible for them...and there are rebells with weapons,which did get screwed by OFFOR before...imagine we have to pay the rent for the wifes lifetime ...could cost millions

I'll concede your first point, that ERHC has to give guidance to the shooting firm. Thuo is more than qualified to do that. He knows more about Kenya than just about anyone on the planet.

As for the rest? ROTFL!

Have you pulled up satellite imagery of that block yet? Are you going to ask permission from the antelope, cheetahs, or elephants?

All of the rest of your points are 100% handled by the seismic company and ERHC would have nothing to do with those.

You forgot to mention the workers have to get up in the morning and get dressed. Oh, the humanity. After getting dressed they have to put their work boots on. To be sure ERHE hasn't planned for the chance one of the workers shoe laces' break. The meals. You may have mentioned meals in your post. Hopefully they are on top of that. God forbid the workers would get homesick. Social workers on call can be very expensive. If it gets worse, and an upgrade from social worker to licensed psychologist, what to do. Could be the deal breaker.
