You forgot to mention the workers have to get up in the morning and get dressed. Oh, the humanity. After getting dressed they have to put their work boots on. To be sure ERHE hasn't planned for the chance one of the workers shoe laces' break. The meals. You may have mentioned meals in your post. Hopefully they are on top of that. God forbid the workers would get homesick. Social workers on call can be very expensive. If it gets worse, and an upgrade from social worker to licensed psychologist, what to do.
