True, we have overcome some obstacles. Nonetheless, the SA IPO is really wearing many out. During 99' and 00', one would have thought we found the greatest investment in the world. Then. . .the market turned around. Not HRCT's fault, at all. However, their failure to deliver on the SA IPO is leaving many wondering whether everything that was stated to the market was a bunch of "hype." Those who went to China to see the HRCT subsidiaries, should take more of a stance. I do not see many of them around, anymore. And those that do come around, voice their own concerns (with the exception of 1 or 2). I believe it is past time for HRCT to get in gear with their shareholders and inform them of what is going on. Now, since that was mentioned. . .it will probably take place.
