I was very critical to Salas/Steipps for not negotiating a better deal, to wit, royalties on any new formulation or processing technology which was superior to existing or additional payment for new IP developed and transferred, etc.
I was very disappointed. Yet, this seems to be the typical nonchalant attitude of management for protecting Company and shareholders interests.
