Well Sherlock, there's a good reason why GM's are public; they're a corporation and the corporate stock is publicly traded and subject to SEC regulation.

Now if you said it is unfair that one individual takes advantage of tax regulations that another can't I'd understand what you are saying, but inferring that filing a tax return with legal deductions is "dodging"...well now you're fantasizing.
