Well Sherlock, there's a good reason why GM's are public; they're a corporation and the corporate stock is publicly traded and subject to SEC regulation.

please explain this errant comment? Anyone who adheres to the US tax law is a tax dodger? What a peculiar thing to say. Now if you said it is unfair that one individual takes advantage of tax regulations that another can't I'd understand what you are saying, but inferring that filing a tax return with legal deductions is "dodging"...well now you're fantasizing. But I suspect you're pretty good at fantasy.
