I agree as far as the Feds from what I understand they have a 99% conviction rate .In layman` s terms ,they do their homework.Correct me please if I`m wrong is the Sec any different .I even think they`ve cracked down harder post Enrons ,Madoff Ponzi schemes Complete financial institution meltdowns.The road ahead looks challening and costly.We will see
