My experience is they normally announce 1 1/2 hours prior to market close

It's usually 230-3pm EST, TBX is usually 940am EST

Aps normally comes out late in the day. I'm thinking with the prepromo, that might change but I wouldn't expect Pre market alerts from these guys.
