I said that a couple of months ago but was told that mgmt and the board were also investors and want as much for their shares as they can get. That theory makes sence but I'm sure they are ways around that after a buyout , like bonuses or more shares in new company. Like they said the SEC is busy investigating porn on the Internet. I guess our only hope is that everyone holds their shares and don't let them shake them from your hands if we all do that, the price will have to go up. Good Luck
