Understand Ontheedge, it's in your groups (Boone/Baker/MP/WP) best interest to keep the settlement quiet (quit, quite). The whole idea of settling quietly out of court is to keep it from snowballing out of control.

So after going to all that trouble why would they report it in the SEC filing? LOL!!!
