Once again, if you know of names and amounts, post them. Otherwise, your just throwing stuff around that has no merit or truth.
I have no reason to play any game. I know of not one person who CDEX has paid one dime to for threating a lawsuit.
I have thought as others did for quite a long time, that if the SEC could take the Loch boys down, they would.
What the SEC has done over the last 4 years, is to give CDEX the approval of every filing CDEX has made. The reason CDEX was successsul with their filings, was because they answered every SEC question.
I believe there was some very questionable accounting, stock sales, press releases and lost boxes, that Boone and Baker did. But if the SEC did not find what Mr. Morovan's post said in the litigation statement, then so be it. If the SEC and their resources cannot find fraud, then the boys will walk.
I truly believe the SEC finds CDEX and its board to be "honest trustworthy people and would never lie." Afterall, stop and think how much paperwork the SEC has seen filed by CDEX. And how much paperwork, they never saw from Loch Harris.
