Yes, my wife uses makeup and wears jewelry and we both try to look reasonably neat and clean at all times. These things are not a problem as long as done tastefully and in moderation. The key is the heart and the reasons "why" you wear these things, and I am perfectly ok with meeting the Lord on that score.
As for sex and cheeseburgers, you are confusing the Levitical laws for the civil and criminal governance of the theocracy of Israel with the eternal commands of God. We do not live in a theocracy, and the Levitical laws no longer apply (see Acts, Chapter 10).

Yes, I understand only too well what your intentions are. But I too, am very concerned about the decline of morality and righteousness in our nation and in the world. It is driven by people who call good evil and evil good and teach false doctrines that tickle men's ears. Unfortunately, I know from the Bible that it will only get worse until the Lord returns in Judgement.
