naw H

She didnt get booted. When she stopped posting, nobody that I can remember, except stormy got the boot. I cant remember the time frame though, guess I am just getting old. Janets mother knew my mothers mother in South Dakota. Hell, I think they even lived in the same house at different times. Small world it be.

Now after reading everything that Cisco posted, I still cant understand how the boys got away without a scratch. He spoke of legal action but if memory serves me right, only those that opted out can do that. Sure, if CDEX flops, that is a horse of a different color but I have my doubts that there would be enough support for that now.

Trying to get some family out of the Houston area, timing is horrible for Austin. Some music show going on this weekend so the hotels and motels are mostly full and got a feeling a bunch of folks from Corpus Christi to Houston to Galveston gonna be heading this way. Looks likes sassys fair city gonna get a bunch as well. Does not look good at this time for the Texas coast.

I believe you are correct Crow, jmarcine is one of those that received a settlement from Loch/CDEx.

Any settlement will have the non-negotiable clause that it be kept 100% under wraps.

Jmarcine was answering your question without saying a word! LOL

I believe that all the professional crooks are are still 100% vulnerable until march 26, 2006; the forced SA was nothing more than a non-binding legal deterrent.
