just economics, more supply than demand right now, OS still making it's way into the float, no one knows the float, so that's all that does make sense. if they stick to their word and don't raise the AS again, traders will come in and push it hard when it appears to be dry, and if rtgv can support the story then should be a really good run. it's just a timing game right now since we can't calculate the float.
