I do believe that YMARCINE did get a settlement, Scared. Although she will not say so. I get email from her fairly often, and answer her back and ask. She ignores the question.

But she did quit posting suddenly after she made an "offer"
on the boards.

Of course, she could have been ousted. She did not get along well with many on the boards after she decided that she was being manipulated by Rio, Art, etc, and turned mean as a snake.

But I do believe that she would have made mention in an email if that was the case. Shy, she is not.

Why do you think Loch stopped reporting financials and lost their accounting ledgers.

Why did the accounting firm say they could no longer trust the Boone and Baker.

With all do respect scared, every penny has to be accounted for.

If Cisco was detailed, we would know who got a settlement and what was received, cash and/or stock. He has provided neither.

He also claims that MP is still under investigation by the SEC, do you believe that lie as well.

Like, daboyz for example...Boone, baker, Phillips, Poteet, etc., timing it so they can reorganize into CDEx.

Just when the settlements were coming down, just when the SEC turned up the heat.

DaBoyz couldn't just jump ship and run... They'd all be in jail... Nope, ya gotta stop the bleeding. Ya gotts stop the settlements from snowballin' out of control, and ya gotta round up the rest of the shareholders and tell 'em...

Meanwhile... Phillips further and further dilutes shareholders interest, WAY BEYOND LOCH numbers.

Meanwhile... After Boone and Baker did so much work in the APA... they are allowed to walk away... and have LOCH's SEC lawyer (Phillips the defender of legal aspects of LOCH's PR's) and Poteet (The "inventor" who defends the technical aspects of LOCH's PR's) run the for for them.

Good gravy, don't forget, don't EVER forget that Boone and Baker incorporated CDEX FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT... along with the benefit of Phillips and Poteet.

Boone, Baker, Phllips, and Poteet all come out ahead... shareholders once again get diluted and ignored.

I gotta hand it to Phllips... we has served (and continues to serve) all daboyz (including himself) very very well !!!
