Gotcha and I figured you meant as much I was just trying to help people not be confused. For what its worth I received emails from Victory Stocks during GWBU . They were around before all of the sites redirected to them so to say the haven't promoted anything isn't exactly accurate unless you are stating that they haven't promoted anything without piggy backing APS, then yes that is correct.
