Scarednomore: Do you think that if CDEX had settled ONE lawsuit with ppers monies, that they would have had to report it? Of course they would have.

How obvious has he painted himself on this one. Every sb-2 has addessed the fact of no lawsuits, known or pending. Any lawsuit or settlement that was brought against CDEX would have had to be reported.

Maybe the information has been sealed by the SEC like Wade Poteet's alleged lawsuit against the Arizona Daily Star for the mere mention of his name in the same article as Henry Blair. Remember, way back in '95 when they worked together?
