that this company has already been "PROVEN" to be a scam. When you say, "Maybe you want to find another vehicle but the LTAS world is presently rife with possibilities." I would suggest any one of them that has not already been proven to be a scam...
Unless of course you can list lots of other companies that have been proven to be a scam by the SEC that have gone on to be one of the leaders in their field.
I think the facts indicate that once "PROVEN" to be a scam the tiger rarely changes its stripes.
