MP, please explain your reasoning as to why our company would be concerned about making certain that someone's restricted shares are tradeable. Whether they are or not should not effect their decisions.

MP, I have just verified that the 'legal' issues associated with the management of the original EXTO (Exit Only) have been completely resolved, and there is nothing that Bayport is waiting for from the courts. So, that only leaves you with #3, which is a judgement call on your part. Unless you know what is behind Bayport's position of not releasing updates, I think calling the management 'INEPT' is childish.
