Or that the legal mess is 100% complete because it still isn't if you ask me, and hence why you are not seeing anything happen here yet. These guys are either

1. holding news until their funding buddies have their shares cleared off restriction

2. the legal nightmare still continues and they are waiting on something to be signed and finalized

or

3. these guys are just so inept at making anything happen
