They did not have enough to take to a prosecutor. There was still a question as to whether the tech could do as claimed.

MPs job was to keep the fires going under the Tech, in order to eliminate that threat over time. His Butt was also on the line as the Lawyer for the LOCHsters.

MP did claim early success, re-naming the Tech to PSS this and that. He claimed as much as a 99% success rate or better.

But he could not sell any of it.

All the DA and CA actions allowed further delay in the SEC bringing in the DOJ, the degree of uncertainty in having a provable case continued.

Lot of other foot dragging occured, and then...

Came Valimed.

Seems simple enough to me. Especially since the APA was screwed up and MP was the Lawyer that signed it for CDEX.
