Blue Dog, Thanks for doing this for us. It is very very much appreciated. At the very least, it will be entertaining to see what transpires. Looks like the gloves are off with the "unclean hands" and "estopple" and all kinds of stuff slinging around, mostly lots of deny deny deny goin on here! By the time this is over, we may even get a scholarly debate on the meaning of "is"! The big question is in how much of that the court puts up with.
