What happened to PIPE financing? I guess with the KoolTel MERGER FAILURE there is no need to finance PIPEs. So why the 4.25 BILLION share increase? No need for shares if no merger. Must just be MASSIVE DILUTION!
If you do your home work you'll find many of these .0001 stocks r/s after they R/M. Also as it stands ASYI has not to date 8K'ed any filings what so ever regarding this new R/M. The only thing that has been going on here is diluting.
