Who knows what has been happening? It is possibly a combination of Pipe Finacing, Shorting and Dilution. NOBODY knows for sure! Disingeneous to just say Dilution imo. The A/S increase IS for a reverse merger..the guys here are venture capitalists employin Anslow & Jaclin who specialise in RMs..it ain't rocket science that a REVERSE MERGER is on the cards!! :)
