DD, there is dilution coming,no doubt about it. The only problem is finding investors that have not been burned. The PP investors from last year are underwater.
And with no trading volume, I am not sure an investor would take the risk. maybe for 50-75% discount from market. But if TYTAN is still around in a year, I can easily see this below the discount.
