Shifters? You mean naked shorters? Clearly if there were Monk wouldn't have actually been selling and he and GRNO would be presenting their proof (easily obtained from the T/A) of naked shorting. So actually, there clearly isn't and wasn't any shorting, just a new pump and dump scheme that took a lot of people in.
