ASYI - Yep, so having read all that information, the people filing the most recent 10Q must have determined that ASYI fit the criteria for a fully operational company and checked NO when they came to the line asking if ASYI is a shell.

Therefore the only REASONABLE conclusion is that ASYI IS NOT A SHELL.
