It's pretty clear that ASYI qualifies as a shell..it meets most of the criteria of Rule 144!!!:

Rule 144(i)(1) defines a shell company as a company that is now or at any time previously has been an issuer, that has:

(A) No or nominal operations; and

(B) Either:

(1) No or nominal assets;

(2) Assets consisting solely of cash and cash equivalents; or

(3) Assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets

LOL any public company can be shell that has no tangible assets and minimal cash. Therefore if you are saying is ASYI an empty non trading shell? The answer is no they are not a non trading empty shell. See I use the word empty shell. But ASYI having no assets and minimal cash is very much a shell according to the SEC. No filings of 10Qs and other filings would make this a non disclosing pinksheet and it is not a non disclosing pinksheet. it is a OTCQB again. I posted the SEC definition for all to read.
