It is the same guy but the first paragrah saids it all. To me, the discharge is critical for any waterflow. I hope your industry standand on CTs is right. I still believe Cts are hybrid but will not argue it anymore. Without CTs being hybrid the CTs are no good.....I hope one of these two are a fact:
1. CTs are hybrids 2. CTs will not be discharged
If either one is true and we are gold...go figure...devil
