I posted something about Ct's being discharged before but I also posted something that says: "The Subject to Compromise" is Vague and can have a reasonable exception due to technical reason.. Who knows then? Anything is possible but I will choose the one that has no potential for litigations.. And that is "Ct's not discharged"
