Sorry for not being complete with my thoughts!

100:1 split - (common shares issued and outstanding)

I understand ANDI is anti dilutive to a r/s but given the fact that the pps has gone backwards over the last past year, I don't think anyone would disagree (the company and it's investors can really benefit from a 100:1 split)..

If there's any other ways to get ANDI'S pps going north this year, I am all ears...
