Not sure why you also think he is acting as an officer or several officers of the corporation when he clearly is just acting as the Registered Agent. Who filed false paperwork? He simply reregistered the entity that expired and would officially expire on October 1st. Get your facts straight.
And so is what you are saying, just your opinion, unless of course you can back it up with anything at all like contact numbers, actual, valid addresses, something of substance? If not then how are you words differnt? Simply because you say them?
