Fact, all your comments are wrong. My kid could have filled out that paperwork and paid the $100 or so bucks to file it (but I'd like to keep her out of jail). He can not be all four officers of a corporation. Who ever is advising him, MF(?), better have bail money, filing false paperwork is against the law last I checked.

As far as who is in charge I do not know, but there was a deal made and there is a REAL board in place.
