That is some very interesting stuff. The author of that blog must have put in some serious time to dig up all of that information.

All the fraud claims against the company and its CEO. I understand now why the company can't come up with $6,750 to fix their revoked status. They couldn't even pay their rent and got evicted. Their financial filings are probably full of bogus information.

The author of that blog should send that stuff to the SEC via a TCR form.
