What are the RDEA594 contraindicated but not BCRX4208 contraindicated? I don't see anything meaningful. Actually it might be the other way around, more BCRX contraindicated than RDEA594 contraindicated.

Does RDEA594 work in gout patients with mild to moderate renal impairment and also those at risk of kidney stones? BCRX claims this is a large percentage of the patient population and 4208 is effective here due to how drug is metabolized and resulting lack of DDIs. I'm not sure the same can be said of RDEA594.
