What are the RDEA594 contraindicated but not BCRX4208 contraindicated? I don't see anything meaningful. Actually it might be the other way around, more BCRX contraindicated than RDEA594 contraindicated.

As of RDEA594 failure, first of all, it is a very small population; second, they'll need to run a trial on that population. Who knows if the drug works in that population regardless of MOA.

It is tough to be behind a drug with both superior efficacy and better safety profile, as well as development timeline.
