Guess Wallace didn't want any part of that declaratory judgment. He wanted to keep suing GOSY and make up any thing he wanted for the value of his services. He did just that when he went to DE and got the default judgment. Shame, shame Wallace.

And there was nothing the brilliant marty spencer could do about it. Maybe he's not so brilliant. LOL!!!!

Apparently Wallace did exactly that - $68000 was a made up number.

In 2007 it seems that the amount was $38000.

Martin--thanks. Best of luck to you as well. The files have been mailed
back. I have asked my parents to obtain GKSY certificates and I have mailed you
their purchase confirmations. We are left with my view that I am owed $38,500
for the work I performed and expect when you are funded, this will be
resolved. Yoel called me this afternoon and I confirmed to him that I was no longer
with GeckoSystems, but would be willing to help him or you if needed. Take
