Huh? What could Martin Spencer have done about it? It appears that as soon as the company filed their counterclaims and Judge Nation gave his court order Wallace figured out a way to get out from under all of it. He filed numerous appeals (all the way to the GA Supreme Court), and each one was denied. This took over a year and was a burden on the already overcrowded GA courts. Wallace knew his appeals would be denied. Shame, shame on Wallace.
