I see your point,By doing a partnership and leaving one of the old owners of the shell in place it will make it much easier to close a deal and keep the public shell running with no hang ups. Once cleaned the old owner/owners should exit and sign off on controlled shares.

Where is this merger information coming from? Everyone is talking about something I can't find a single thread on. Reverse mergers always kill the current stockholders. My millions will turn into small thousands, then the pps will drop. To recoup our money here now, we need to have some sort of a run for a week. THEN they can do the reverse. Fine with me. say 10mil shares turns into 10k. Value drops once the pps does. I doubt it will rise after this mess and then reverse. Just my own opinion. I hope it does get turned around and makes us all some Pawson money, but the problem is I cant find anything on all of the new items people are discussing. Nothing! So leads me to believe we are still in the same position. That is until someone actually shows all of these things they are talking about.
